City Lights was established by Donna Troy as a creative collective, for imPorts and by imPorts. In her own words, "A monthly magazine highlighting life in the City, with everything from news to human interest to what’s hot in hero fashion." The first issue was released in October 2011. The staff has undergone many changes, with the exception of a few mainstays, but it continues going strong to this day.
